My “Raw Juice” Recipe…Naked & Raw is Good!

There are numerous food types that enable to body to detoxify and strengthen the immune system.  Foods such as sprouts, miso, vegetable juice, whole grains, sea vegetables, and beans have long been known to Empower the body. Juices made from raw vegetables such as carrots, celery, beets, and cabbage provide numerous vitamins and minerals as well.

On a daily basis, I juice with as combo of various vegetables and fruits.  Since juicing, I have notices that my skin is in better condition, my stamina has improved, as well as my energy level.  My health has improved…I get colds and the flue less frequently.  My juice recipe consists of the following:

*Bitter Mellon
*Cucumber
*Carrots
*Tomato
*Celery
*Radish
*Kale
*Spinach
*Broccoli
*Beets
*Lemon
*Green Apple
*Ginger
*Garlic
*Cabbage

***Sometime I add red grapes, pear, and strawberries for variety***

When you juice with a combo of these vegetables, you will get an infusion of anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals in a concentration that would be very difficult to get by eating fruits and vegetables all day…
