Kathlyn Jaramillo had a vision, a vision to create a place for women from all walks of life to come together and support one another in business and ultimately in life. Kathlyn has done that and more. She has created an environment where women can not only network with each other, but an environment where women can open up and allow their guard to be brought down. It is a place for healing as well as strength. A place to build trust and new beginnings, while building strategic partnerships that can last a life time.

The “Defining Women” vision is simple: It is dedicated to connecting women in business and life. Their goal is to inspire and empower women to live their fullest, richest lives by defining who they are and who they aspire to become.

Kathlyn, along with her husband JR Jaramillo, are the founders of “Bizpack Networks” and “Defining Women“. They have single-mindedly evolved these strategic concepts into highly successful networking organizations. Yesterday, I had the distinct privilege of joining them on their radio shows. I was the guest host and spotlight speaker for “BizPack Networks“. Immediately following, I was invited by Kathlyn to sit in as a guest host on the “Defining Women” show. Jr & I were the “Defining Dudes“. This was truly a privilege, as I got to really experience a little of what “Defining Women” is all about. I was highly impressed…not just by the content that Kathlyn was presenting, but by individuals who called in and took part in the discussion as well.

This is truly Kathlyn’s passion and her calling…to help women everywhere develop who they are and who they wish to be…it was truly empowering for me as well. I have spoken to others in “Defining Women” who have disclosed to me that often times, women will join the organization while experiencing various negative issues in their lives. Slowly, the “Defining Women” concept starts to work its way into their thought processes and they start to come out of their shell of pain.

I highly recommend that you take an hour out of your busy schedule to listen to the “Defining Women” show.
