We just went from one end of the spectrum to the other with that title.  What is it about an individual’s personal psychological thought process that they even spend one minute on “I can’t”?

This thought process is always a mystery to me.  However the paradigm about this disconnect, is the unspoken part about time and effort and fear.  If fewer individuals allowed this type of attitude to permeate their daily lives, we would have more leaders.  We could wipe out hunger and starvation.  We would have less hatred for others.  We would have more millionaires with less greed.  The essence of true leadership is a passion to “push through”.  A passion that fuels a fire so powerful that nothing will allow you to say the words “I can’t”.  It is a passion to help your fellowman stand up…to create tribes so powerful that they are completely unstoppable.

Since the beginning of time, leaders have always had that “Can-do” attitude. They had powerful tribes.  These kinds of leaders have turned the world upside down in one form or another.  I could list name after name, but two names come to my mind that are uniquely connected as they are both former sitting presidents.  They have different political views, but they put those aside and set the world on fire with their commitment to helping those in need…former President(s) Bush 41 & Clinton.  If you look at what they have accomplished throughout their careers, but more importantly what they have done for humanity since they left office…they embody the true essence of leadership and have developed powerful tribes of followers for good by their influence and example.

This is not something that is unique because of their star power.  This happens day in and day out in rural environments.  It happens in mission fields.  It happens in schools and the private sector.  It is time for all of us to stand up and not only say that “I can”, but “I WILL”! Become a leader today.  Become unstoppably empowered.  Live an “Xcessively Successful” life…become a true leader TODAY.
