Great point - you know pretty much everyone knows the story about Edison and the lightbulb, but there's another inspiring story about Edison. At one point that very same business that brought him fame burned to the ground. Ashes still warm, Edison was rallying his team to rebuild ... in the midst of it all he stopped and as though an afterthought asked, "oh, does anything know where we can get some money?"

Nile...thanks for your comment. You are spot on. When implementing change...be focused and "push through". Thanks.

Thanks John...I love the part about never quitting and the excitement you feel when your direction changes. We can all learn from this kind of attitude.

HI Martin,

You are right! We do learn by experience and failure is a state of mind. Successful have in common the trait that they never quit.

I have changed direction many times in my life and I am still here, working for myself and feeding my family! Mindset is all powerful and I believe I always have what I need. For all of my life, something always turns up when I need it. The important thing is not to quit because of failure, but because you genuinely feel it is time for a change.

For me it is in the excitement I feel for a new direction. The catch is that it rarely goes directly the way I start out! It is a lot of fun being an entrepreneur.
